The overwhelming majority of car trips are possible in even the budget EVs. Road trips are a problem, but charging infrastructure will eventually handle it. During the cross over period you could rent an ICE car. I don't think 1 road trip a year is enough to sway most people off the idea of an EV if they want one. It's only going to sway those who are already skeptical. |
