Seeing that, I think what we're seeing is power lines arcing, not ball lightning. Still hard to tell with the original video, but assuming those power lines on his left continue and are just lost in the video noise and lack of contrast, the fireballs are right where the lines would be.

Yeah totally. You can see the ‘ball’ dissolve into a pretty recognizable arc at the end there.
