IANAL. You have to deal with trademarks in every country where you sell your product. If I register a trademark in my country, and you come to our market, I expect you to choose a different name. It would probably be easier for you to rename your company. Another solution is to disable sales to US, but it's not a viable option.

I think you are right, we are leaning towards changing the name. It is the least expensive route to take right now. Thanks for your input.
