Just because it isn’t prosecuted in our system doesn’t mean that the execs choosing to poison people isn’t a crime. Maybe I have a naive view of the law, but when you read a report that says your chemicals are poisoning people, and you choose to dump it in public waterways, you’re guilty of a crime personally. |
