Hybrid is the worst of both worlds. You need to still live close to an office and commute 3x a week, but then you also need to have a proper office/desk at your own home for the remaining 2 days. I'd rather just go in to the office everyday and optimize my living situation for commuting, or (much much preferred) just work remotely every day with occassional company-wide meetups. Personally, I wouldn't even interview with a company that was hybrid, even if that's unfortunately becoming more and more common. |
