Nanohydroxypatite seems more effective than fluoride. But stannous fluoride looks like it has more overall benefits than sodium fluoride if you want to go to the fluoride route. Some toothpaste have both, Dr jens for example which does have the 10% concentration shown most effective in clinical trials |
