OP didn't mention, but is this purchase for personal or resale/client purposes? I ask because there are NDAA/FAR purchasing requirements that the client may be under. Axis and Geovision both have NDAA compliant equipment. Dahua and Hikvision are cheap but they're like E.T. - they phone "home". |
