It should be easy to distribute RHEL back to ACME Linux via a detour right? I mean another company could distribute it to to ACME and and hide that with limited repercussions. I guess that Legally this would have to be revealed once ACME gets sued. That sounds like an endless game of whack-a-mole to me though. |
