In which case, all "drugs" should be legal, with safety/dosing standards and regulation. That removes the violence inherent in a black market and reduces negative health outcomes (overdoses, etc.). There are many other reasons (both economic and societal) for full legalization of all "drugs" as well. |

i don't think 1 or 2 beers per day would be better than none. i think everyone would get their 2 beers even if they don't drink. so they can give them to others or use them for currency.
