I have needed Amazon's return policy twice, and both times, Amazon stiffed me. In fact, that was the last straw that got me to stop using them. In my personal experience, Amazon has the worst return policy of anywhere I've shopped. |

Not my experience at all, Actually completely the opposite. Amazon has had the very best return policy, with no questions asked.
