That's the wrong question to ask. Stripe supports Apple Pay but whether or not they do, Stripe is a B2B implementation detail that customers shouldn't ever know or think about. The point is that Strip supports more than one method of payment.

Customers would think about that if they are, for some reason, not enrolled in Apple Pay, but other methods were not supported.
