I think you are overthinking it. We don't need a fancy AI solution to the relatively simple problem of "busy" projects drowning out quieter ones. I don't think it would work very well and, anyway, we have different ideas about what's important in an update. Just collapsing updates from busy projects by showing the few most recent updates and then cutting it off with a message like "(+ 12 other commits and 3 issues; click here to expand)" would get it most of the way there. |
