This article presupposes a healthy and functioning company. Leaders are more often than not blind to the realities of the company as they have control and feel they’re doing a great job. A useful analogy is reading self-help books about communication while having a toxic family environment. Sure the advice is good but some of us know how useless it is if the environment is not right. |
