There's pleasure to be had in mastering a craft, especially so when it offers challenges, when it offers an avenue for personal expression -- the age old tension between journey and destination (the photograph). A real photograph is a vista into the soul of a photographer and the photograph becomes a means for people to connect. A means for a photographer to feel seen, to show what he or she sees or feels. |
