I'm actually talking about having virtually the same setup we have now, just with a moderator B-team (and C, D, etc.), whose view you can subscribe to instead of the main one. Really the question is not "should we have moderators?" but rather "what does the 1:1 moderator-team-to-community ratio do for us?"

From the perspective of an average user, subscribing to a big sub and using the default moderation view, nothing is changing. The only difference is that there are other moderator views created by different teams using the same content source.
