Presumably you are OK with this person getting in front of a class of kids and being responsible for teaching them CS on their first year of employment. Even though they are a new teacher and still have much to learn, they will learn on the job and get better. I don't see how starting a startup is any different. Yes, today, this person probably doesn't know everything they need to know for their startup to succeed. But they will learn that over time. |
