Imo, it would be tough to regulate such a device though. It could be a mere router that is rooted with custom firmware or a Raspberry Pi. Not to mention, China is the manufacturing hub for most of these electronics, they have a lot of the components there as well to help you build one from "scratch" if you really want to. Regulating the distribution of electronics at such a micro scale would be detrimental to businesses and startups in China. |
