What’s the disingeniuty? The proposal from Apollo’s whether it was a joke or a genuine one, was business. “Apollo’s is so good that people rather use it than your official app? Buy it”. The only distinguity here is to act like Apollo has any power in this situation. > To then go and take their response at (4) and say "oh, even they admitted that they misunderstood me" is disingenuous it’s not disingenuous when they literally apologized , multiple times , in that call that they misunderstood.
