this is the perfect example of mods going on a power trip.

Don’t worry we’re putting it to a vote. It’s just easy to prepare when you know what your community will vote for. If we’re proven wrong it’s not like we’re pushing the big red button.

Besides I’m resigning no matter the outcome. There you go. One less power-tripping mod to worry about. Nothing lost for you and I don’t continue to build Reddit’s company for them for free. Everyone’s happy!

I’m sure the admins will love the results when the whole mod team leaves and removes our bots. It’s their site, after all. We’re just landed gentry who provide nothing.
