The problem is reddit hasn't had competent developers in a decade and the market for third party tools exists because in a decade reddit hasn't been capable of providing a useful first party experience. If old.reddit.com and apps went away I'd leave reddit instantly. Offering the only competent developers they have a reasonable price isn't unreasonable. |
