Nah. Any society probably suffers when people are legally limited in doing something they're trained to do. On a philosophical level, I'm not sure it's good to allow people to sign away any kind of freedom, including the economic liberty to start your own company. Competition is also very important for capitalism to work for people who don't own capital... |
