Well, since the puppy is kidnapped so young, it never remembers its actual parent.

If you were to kidnap a human infant, and raise it as your own, the relationship would be exactly this kind of "symbiotic".

This is just another example of how primates justfy whatever behaviour they participate in, simply becasue they benefit from it...

Sure that's a good point. I remember saying bitterly to a friend of mine that "your hamster doesn't love you, it just has Stockholm syndrome".
