phone: android laptop: linux pc: windows

- Quick link/media share: throwaway telegram channel. I tried taildrop which is super nice too, works from the terminal but telegram has its own bookeeping and i don't have to handle the link/media immediately

- Data/notes sync: syncthing

- kvm: tried using usb over ip and leap-input, doesn't work mostly because wayland

For knowledgebase, i stationed myself on my laptop, so anything that needs to be added goes to my throwaway telegram and then when i am back at my laptop, i put it the way i want.

this is mostly wack but works for me
