Honestly I’m badly out of date, and all the gossip I’m hearing is that this pay isn’t prevailing anymore. But a new grad returning intern was doing 380 at FB Thor first year in cash and stock. And why not? These companies are printing 10MM per marginal hire. Why is it a crime that the people doing the 18 hour days capture a bit of it? |
