*... it could be a real damage to creativity and individuality when you can medicate your mind into a machine. OTOH, if it is a temporary state of mind, it can be a real boon. Sometimes, before you can be creative with a tool, you need to get past some initial learning of possible quite boring fundamentals. Being able to slip into a different state of mind while learning this is an aid to moving on to where you then have the resources to start using what you know to create new things. |
