FIRE is less about wanting to stop working and more about having the option to decide how to spend your time: work, travel, volunteer, whatever. > and will rather burn themselves out at 32 to do so? This is a big assumption. Obviously doability will vary with individual circumstances but there are various settings to tweak: primarily time, income, and expenses. |
