Really depends on the stage of the project and nature of the work. Also, on the individuals. Being in the office mostly means you can afford to have less gems because you know you'll spend more time in person walking them along. I favour some WFH/Hybrid setup, personally. And I view a lot* of this new office push as mediocre managers being unable to leverage their talent. |
