My experience has generally been quite bad. I installed Ubuntu on my mid-2011 MacBook Pro late last year, which resulted in messing up my MBR. I had problems with being unable to delete some disk partitions, which caused hours of frustration. If you love Linux, it can be worth it. However, I just love Unix, and now I love Darwin :) |
