This is quite true. It's awful to have a person on a team that produces code at an quadruple industrial speed. Then the part of the team that actually cares about the project will have to sort that out later (or, worse, live with it and pay the debt with accumulating interest). Maintaining/fixing/managing the code that the star developer produces is very ungrateful work. |

Surely a group of people who deem themselves 'intelligent' can broaden their perspectives a little?
