Look at medical device and pharma companies with a strong optha pipeline. I work with maybe 2 dozen retinal surgeons, and it seems like a pretty cushy gig. High 6 figure salary, mostly working from home, providing input for clinical trials and product development. Some do it part time and still maintain private practices. |
