I find the question errors are kinda useless. I did the co-founder yc matching. we agreed on the terms of the trial work, but after 5 months, the other person wasn't completely honest about their contributions. They expected me to code up their idea and then also help with the marketing, sales, etc. while they traveled around the world. The best advice I have is be strict and make sure both sides are working towards the goal. |
