Talking as someone who has undergone a septoplasty, the ENT wanted to make me perfect and the surgery was horribly painful. My surgery wasn't horrible. It was nothing at all because I was out. The first few days were really bad because I was unable to use my nose to breathe and my brain was glitching because of that. I still think it was worth it.
