I think 2x 1 Gb/s symmetric home fibers + SuperMicro 12x SATA Atom Mini-ITX with Samsung drives can solve this fairly cheaply and durably depending on write intensity. That said above 80 TB is looking hard for eternity, unless you can provide backup power and endure noise of spinning drives. |
