I don’t see it. Unless voters are really unenthusiastic about Biden that they stay home, how is anyone who could win the Republican nomination (like DeSantis) going to win the national election? Before abortion was this abstract wedge issue that Republicans would campaign on but never make any actual progress, and now that isn’t true anymore. Not to mention that none of these people are very likable outside of the Republican base (so far).

And why the heck a crusade against Disney over comments made by a member of the board. I thought Republicans were ok with private companies choosing their own policies.

Joe Biden is clearly declining health wise. Could he win again, absolutely. But he could also get worse quickly a few months before the election. Imagine debates where he can't remember anything.

There are dems who want to replace him (Gavin Newsome so desperately) but no one with a possible future will risk taking him on.

Biden approval ratings are low now: https://www.reuters.com/graphics/USA-BIDEN/POLL/nmopagnqapa/

A non Trump R is going to win back states Trump lost in 2020 (GA, AZ). They have to win in MI, WI, PA etc. Will be hard but Trump did it in 2016.

Nope, the R. base likes fighting too much.

Joe Biden is clearly declining health wise.
What?
The right has been pushing Joe Biden having poor health / "crippling dementia" / probably also a pedophile ever since the last election. A bold move given how old, incoherent and creepy their guy was.

It's actually kind of sad. There are any number of legitimate criticisms they could make of Joe Biden but their mentality is firmly entrenched in the infantile mode of 4chan and Reddit shitposters, and the best they can do is "ew, look at how gross and old he is."

I guess they mean he’s old? I mean, compared to the last guy who was president he looks active, trim, lacks all the word salad, and healthy, but that’s a low bar to clear.
What?
