Didn't we already have batteries included frameworks with stuff like Laravel? Nextjs and Remix are doing SSR and I'm here thinking isnt that what php did 20 years ago? I might be wrong about this but its an impression I'm getting the more I learn as a developer. |

We need both freedom & framework. We had a lot more to explore & become, that the narrow path would not have brought us.
Just a personal bais but I think the ssr craze is reactionary & overblown. We need better front end framing & data architectures most of all.
