> Jobs fill with applicants within 30 minutes. Recruiters have 100+ applicants to chose from. That's not different than pre-layoffs. The overwhelming majority of applicants are not qualified, or are "tech adjacent" applying for SWE to try to get "a foot in the door" (I kid you not, it happens). |
