Can you open a Wise USD account? In Wise you can have multiple accounts, multiple virtual credit cards etc.

https://stripe.com/docs/payouts/alternative-currencies Seems to only apply when Stripe has to do the USD->GBP currency conversation. You'd move that to Wise.
