> That would not have stopped this attack. I think youre misunderstanding the attack, the seed is pregenerated. HW support entering any mnemonic, you don’t have to generate it on the device itself. So if you create a mnemonic yourself and check what addresses it should generate with a third party tool and then enter it in the wallet and see different addresses something is fishy. |
