Massachusetts is dead average (#24) on the Tax Foundation's climate index (http://www.taxfoundation.org/research/show/22658.html). However, taxes are probably going to be a pretty small consideration for a startup, since the top three locations (Wyoming, South Dakota, Nevada) are not particularly hot in startup land, but the bottom three (California, NY, New Jersey) are. |
