Then it was an extremely stupid move to rack up a large number of UK customer accounts if you know it will make the licensing process more onerous, and delay the introuction of financial product that are dependent on the license. Let's be real, they set up shop in Lithuania first because it was an easy way to enter the then-EU member UK market. Their offices are based in London because they weren't going to get unicorn valuations sitting in Vilnius. |
