Ask HN: Resources for learning about fine tuning of LLMs

I'm trying to learn about the different LLMs that can be fine tuned, and then compare them on performance, latency, costs, strengths/weaknesses but I'm having trouble finding any comprehensive information that is not outdated.

Does anyone know of any of any resources (blogs, tutorials, youtube channels, etc) that go over this subject? Specifically interested in ones that compare the different LLMs out there, and/or also have information about tooling.
