I also think it's weird to call this first generation when it's the second one (not counting the misstep of Pixel Slate with ChromeOS). My first generation Pixel C from 2015 is still in daily use, but admittedly getting slow so I will be ordering this one. This refresh cycle of 8 years seems almost as designed for those who bought the original C. I'm already looking forward for the third installment in 2031. |
