- 1 yr. registered agent
- 1 yr. virtual office
- EIN for company
- all paperwork
- checking account with Visa card Ok, $2,500.00... not sure if this is a reasonable price ticket. I now found out that I do can get an "International EIN" through services such as Incorporate / Bizfilings along with the business formation process. After all legal paperwork the costs are at least $1,000.00 less than the first proposal of the lawyer. But without the business bank account up and running. So the question remains but with more hope in the air: With an appropriate business and (International) EIN code, can I open a business bank account online to any bank? I already contacted a few banks but haven't heard back yet... |
