“Your job as a bricklayer isn’t to lay bricks. It’s to solve building problems.” If you’re actually looking for an architect or designer or salesperson or manager, hire them instead of berating developers for not doing all of those jobs at once. Also in most countries devs don’t get paid enough to solve business problems. American tech wages are the exception. |
