It's hard to say, as I have almost no context except for what you can give me. I highly doubt you'd get anywhere taking legal action against them. Also, are you posting here because you're frustrated and want to rant? That's OK, I do it too, but it's pointless me trying to offer advice if that's the case. Or perhaps you are looking for advice? It is OK. I asked a question, and you gave your advice. And I am definitely not posting here because "you're frustrated and want to rant". I am posting here because I'm sure others have unfortunately found themselves in similar situations, and I'm looking for their input. Have you found yourself in a similar situation, either as the developer or manager? If the answer is no, then what is the point of you replying to me in this thread? If yes, then please, share.
