tl;dr: be extremely extroverted and spend all your free time in group activities. Gee, thanks. I guess it's still not clear for some how introversion works. Group activities with friends are OK, group activities with strangers drain me for weeks and are not my idea of fun. I'd find it more meaningful to host a group than to join one, but it's an order of magnitude more work and still as draining. Even programming groups sounds dreadful, but I'd enjoy mentoring people 1:1 or 1:2. |
