> "The more unclear and early the product is, the more in-person time the team needs to grind together" I agree and that statement from Sam makes sense to me. Early on, it's great to work face to face. But once a project's or a Startup's direction is set, important decisions have been made and all leaders are on board, it's great to work remotely. I'd say it's also good for new hires, especially juniors, to be on-site for a few months before going full remote. |
