what region are you in? I accidentally switched my region to USA a while ago and the whole app’s UI changed drastically. on my app Contact Us is hidden 3 layers deep with each link at the bottom of its layer but (on desktop) if you want to speak to a human once you are actually in chat, there’s a very subtle button in the centre just above the message bar that will bypass the automated system if you click it |
