I agree buying a home should not be seen as an investment. I just mention that because it feel like everyone I talk to treats it like or talks about it like it’s a good investment. It’s totally fine to buy a home if you want to own a home. Sure there are plenty of reasons to want to own a home. But because it’s a great investment is rarely one of the reasons. |
