You have that thumb drive backed up? Because thumb drives can, occasionally, spontaneously fail, for no apparent reason whatsoever, and the fire-proof box isn't going to help (hell, it may make matters worse if futzing with it generates ESDs). Also: where do you keep the encryption key for that thumb drive? |
